On another note, I finally picked my first race. I'll be running it on November 6th. Its the 6th Annual Free to Breathe Lung Cancer 5K in Philadelphia.
Ten years ago my father was diagnosed with lung cancer and what a fitting way it would be to honor my father and show my commitment to my health by choosing lung cancer as the cause for my first competitive race.
