This past Friday was my last day at my high school. It felt so weird to walk out of that gate for the last time. Having to say goodbye to my students and colleagues was hard to do. How many times in life do you say “goodbye” to people you will most likely never see again? I know, I know... “Never say never”, but let’s be real....
On a lighter note, I sang Beyonce’s “Single Ladies” at karaoke this week. And no, I didn’t do the choreography. I really wanted to though!!! I just needed the video while the song was playing. You know what I mean right??? You think you know it by heart, and then all the moves blur together...lol. And for those of you that know my singing voice... yeah I do karaoke, AND WHAT?!?! Haha!
Yesterday I went to the zoo. So much fun! I don't think I've been to a zoo or an aquarium in like 15 years. I mean, its not a place you need to go every year. It's kinda like a tetanus shot, lol...

Annnnywho. Today was a pretty cool day. You guys have heard of the Tour de France right? Welllllll, today I had front row seats to the Tour du Loire-et-Cher. It was soooo fun. Omgness.... I felt like I was a part of history, lol. I never understood why people would be interested in watching a bike race, or NASCAR even, but don’t knock it ‘til you try it. Seriously.
So Tuesday I'm taking my last train to Paris...... (anyone? anyone? is this mic on? lol) Time flies. There really is no other way to put it. It seems like yesterday when I was procrastinating packing my suitcases to move to France, and now I’m packing again. Crazyyyy. Soooo, what’s next you ask??? I’ll tell you in one breath. AthensSantoriniVeniceRomeParisAmerica. And like my very first post says.... my flight home is May 10th. So I have 3 weeks more or less of trying to find Carmen Sandiego. Hmmm, I’m really interested to watch that and Ghost Writer now.... I wonder if those episodes are on Sidereel, that would be aweeeeeesooooome. Checking now, brb.
Nope, not there. Sad face.
